But I think you had the false expectation that land is a quick to sell item. Most of the time, I never looked at land as something when you buy, you can easily sell when you need money. As for suggestions, have you tried... online? Classified, Blogs, List, ebay, SEO, PPC, Newspapers, Local paper, posters, signs on your lot, email list, yahoogroups, and a lot more. Land area is 1,756sqm its located at the back of TRANSCO compound.
