February 4th, 2006Today’s tragedy at Ultra partly reflects the economic hardship that this country is in (in spite of economic statistics being shown that we are improving). People don’t mind waiting overnight and waiting in long lines – with the hope of winning big prizes. Just take a look at the long Lotto lines.
